Le fondateur/PDG d'Identity Stronghold, Walt Augustinowicz, a décidé de s'impliquer dans la conception du portefeuille de ses rêves. À l’intérieur, vous trouverez un espace porte-billets pour l’argent liquide. Trois emplacements pour cartes de crédit sont situés sur la droite pour vos cartes à accès rapide les plus utilisées. Sur la gauche se trouve une fenêtre d'identification pratique avec une fente pour le pouce pour un retrait facile. En dessous se trouve un emplacement pour carte secret pour des objets importants comme une carte passeport ou une autre carte de grande valeur. La grande section à soufflet derrière les fentes sur la droite s'agrandira pour contenir une multitude de cartes empilées. Le soufflet permet à ce portefeuille de devenir un portefeuille fin et minimaliste si vous ne stockez que quelques cartes. Mais si vous êtes du genre grand portefeuille, cette zone pourra facilement accueillir 20 cartes tout en étant plus fine qu'un portefeuille standard, car il n'y a pas de couche de cuir entre chaque carte. Cela permet également de retirer facilement la pile et de la déployer pour trouver la carte insaisissable. Même rempli de 20 cartes, ce portefeuille se fermera toujours facilement. Une fois que vous aurez fait l'expérience de la fermeture magnétique à fermeture rapide, vous ne voudrez plus jamais utiliser un portefeuille sans celui-ci. À l'intérieur se trouve un gaufrage de l'écriture manuscrite de Walt lorsqu'il l'a surnommé pour la première fois « The Waltlet™ ». Bien entendu, ce portefeuille comprend également le blindage RFID haut de gamme dans chaque emplacement pour lequel Identity Stronghold est réputé.

Why Testing Our Secure RFID Wallets with Your Access Card Is Not a Good Test.
We’ve received some inquiries from customers who have tested their new Secure RFID Wallet with their work ID cards and found that the wallet does not block the card. This has understandably raised concerns about whether the wallet is functioning as intended.
Our Secure RFID Wallets are specifically designed to protect items operating at frequencies of 13.56MHz and above, including:
- Debit/Credit Cards
- Driver’s Licenses
- Passport Cards
- Hotel Room Key Card
- Most Employee ID cards - not all
- Many building access cards - not all
Some older technology building access cards operate at a much lower frequency of 125KHz. Our wallets are not designed to block signals at this frequency. Think of it like hearing the deep bass from a car stereo—the lower frequency operates on a different level.
For 125KHz HID access cards, we recommend our Secure Badgeholder® BloxProx™ products, which are specifically engineered for this purpose. Please note, though, that some brands of 125KHz cards may not be compatible with any blocking solution.

will Medicare card fit this wallet
Yes, a Medicare card is the same size as a standard credit card, so it will fit in this wallet without any issues.

Will this set off metal detectors?

The Waltlet does contain neodymium magnets, so it can potentially trigger metal detectors, depending on the sensitivity and strength of the system being used.
Most standard walk-through detectors are calibrated to detect larger amounts of metal, so a wallet typically does not cause an issue. However, more sensitive security systems (such as certain government buildings or high-security facilities) may detect it.
Because metal detector sensitivity varies, we can’t guarantee it will not set one off.

Is it rigid?
Great question! While the wallet is made from genuine leather and isn’t rigid like a plastic or metal case, it does hold its shape really well. The leather we use is structured and form-holding, so the wallet keeps its profile over time instead of getting floppy or collapsing. It has a nice balance of flexibility and firmness, which makes it comfortable to carry while still feeling solid and well-built.

I have 3 id cards: a drivers license, a retired law enforcement id, and a concealed weapons permit that is just like a drivers license. Will the id compartment fit all 3 easily?
We recommend only placing one card in the ID compartment. The gusseted pocket however will hold all 3 easily.

Don't the magnets adversely affect the credit cards
I personally have been using this wallet for over two years in testing and have never had a mag stripe go bad. What you will find is that credit and debit cards have strong magnetic encoding known as high coercivity or hi-co for short. These cards hold their encoding well around magnetic fields. Cards that are re-encoded a lot such as hotel room keys sometimes use lo-co and those can get erased much easier.Where the magnets are located, the only time the magnet would be near a mag stripe is if you put a card upside down in the lowest first slot or second slot. That is not a problem with a debit or credit card. You should be more careful with a hotel room key in those two slots to make sure the mag stripe was up. Due to the distance in the gusseted area you should not have any issues with cards in there and the top front slot is high enough to keep even your hotel key card far enough away.
